The apartment is old, but with a very nice atmosphere, much light and absolutely quiet. It is located in a very green living area in Stiepel and only 20 min to university by bike. You should have a regular income and plan to stay at least 5 years. I will leave Germany - that is why my furniture, washing machine etc. have to be taken over from you for a little extra payment. Only a easy going person with a "quiet" life-style should apply. (The owner of the house lives in the apartment directly underneath.) Please send me a email that tells me 1) what your motivation/expectation is to rent the apartment and 2) if you have interest to take over my furniture and washing machine.
