Culture

Our cultural events are as diverse as they are extraordinary. They range from the poetry slam, through various musical highlights in the KulturCafé, to the campus festival of the Ruhr University Bochum. In addition to organizing a wide range of cultural activities, we naturally support the initiatives and student councils in their cultural value creation. We want to encourage and support local bands, theater groups, authors or artists in the exercise of their passion.

Internationalism

People of different origins meet at the Ruhr University Bochum. We want to offer a contact platform and provide information about what the RUB has to offer. With our events, such as the intercultural dinner or the international week, we want to promote exchange between people with different cultural backgrounds.

Our offer to you

As contact persons, we look forward to your suggestions, event ideas and concepts that you want to implement. We can support you in a variety of ways. In addition to the pure organizational planning, we offer you the rental of the KulturCafé and the Center for Foreigners as an event location. There is also the option of renting our music system, projector or pavilion. Do not be afraid to speak to us or come by in one of the office hours. We’ll find a way to turn your ideas into reality!
