The Department for University, Educational and Social Policy and Political Education informs you about national and global topics and at the same time offers you a social discussion platform on campus on a scientific level. The focus is on national and international general politics and on different types of injustices, such as social and humanitarian grievances, discrimination, oppression in all its complexity and violations of human rights. But in-depth discussions about ethics, social theories and criticism of economy and rule are also addressed.

A broad and pluralistic offer is sought in order to do justice to the diversity of student opinions and interests. Attitudes, i.e. points of view that are morally and ethically unjustifiable, such as topics that are based on racist, sexist or homophobic content, are neither tolerated nor promoted.

Your opinions, suggestions and criticisms should always have space for a discussion before, during and after the events. We look forward to thematic suggestions for interesting topics and active participation in the events.

We would be happy to inform you about the upcoming changes and what they mean for you in concrete terms. As we are unable to offer opening times due to the current situation. we are offering online conversations. Just write to us! We look forward to you and your problems or suggestions – because this is the only way we can stand up for your interests.
