Hello! My name is Letizia D'Achille, and I am a responsible and tidy tenant currently seeking a furnished apartment to rent. I am pursuing my PhD at RUB and have a stable income. I am flexible with the move-in date and can relocate immediately, with April 1st as my latest possible move-in date. I have been renting for a long time and have always maintained a good relationship with my landlords. I am quiet, respectful, and do not cause any disturbances or damage to the property. While it is not necessary for pets to be allowed, as I currently do not have any, it would be a nice option to have. Ideally, I am looking for an apartment with accessible parking and located near the U35 line or the university for easy commuting.
