Da mich mein Studium für ein Jahr nach Japan führt, suche ich für diesen Zeitraum eine/n ruhige/n und sympathische/n Zwischenmieter/in (Nichtraucher/in). Da mir ein unkompliziertes Miteinander und ein entspanntes Wohnklima sehr wichtig sind, suche ich bevorzugt jemanden, der/die ebenfalls studiert – idealerweise bereits im Master (ist aber kein Muss!). Meine Wohnung spiegelt meine Faszination für die japanische Kultur wider, daher würde ich sie gerne in Hände geben, die das zu schätzen wissen. Da ich keinen Keller habe, würde ich die Wohnung gerne weitestgehend so belassen, wie sie ist. Die Lage ist für den Uni-Alltag durch die nahe U-Bahn-Station ideal; zudem bietet der Herner Bahnhof super Verbindungen nach Düsseldorf oder Köln. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 400 Euro. Hinzu kommen die Kosten für Strom, Gas, Internet und Rundfunkbeitrag. Since my studies are taking me to Japan for a year, I’m looking for a quiet and friendly temporary tenant (non-smoker) for this period. Since a hassle-free living arrangement and a relaxed atmosphere are very important to me, I’d prefer someone who is also a student—ideally already in a master’s program (though this isn’t a must!). My apartment reflects my fascination with Japanese culture, so I’d like to entrust it to someone who appreciates that. Since I don’t have a basement, I’d like to keep the apartment as much as possible just as it is. The location is ideal for daily university life thanks to the nearby subway station; plus, the Herne train station offers great connections to Düsseldorf or Cologne. The base rent is 400 euros. On top of that, there are costs for electricity, gas, internet, and the TV license fee.
