I rent a room for a semester from 15.10. 2026 an approx. 18 square metre furnished room in a quiet apartment in Bochum-Stiepel - located directly on the forest. The room is located on the ground floor and has direct access to the large terrace and garden, which can of course be used. The sleeping possibility consists of a high-quality sofa bed, which can also be used as a sofa during the day. The apartment is particularly suitable for: Erasmus students, interns, people looking for a quiet interim rent in the countryside Location: Bochum-Stiepel directly at the forest Very quiet residential area Public transport in approx. 5 minutes reachable Approx. 15 minutes by bus to the RUB Shopping facilities/Wiemelhausen Mark reachable in a few minutes Sports facilities right outside the door (forest, tennis club, football field) Other: I want a calm and reliable person.
