Hello! My name is Letizia D'Achille, and I am a tidy and responsible tenant looking for a furnished apartment to rent. I recently started my PhD at RUB and have a stable income. I am hoping to find a place starting from April 1st, but I am flexible and can move in immediately. My maximum move-in date is June 30th. I have been renting for a long time and have always maintained a good relationship with my landlords. I am quiet, respectful, and do not cause any disturbances or damage to the property. While it is not necessary for pets to be allowed, as I currently do not have any, it would be a nice option to have. Ideally, I am looking for an apartment with accessible parking and located near the U35 line or the university for easy commuting.
