Hello! My name is Amit Roy, and I am looking for a furnished apartment to rent starting from May 1st. I will be living with my wife, and we are both responsible and tidy tenants. I will start my PhD at Ruhr University Bochum and have a stable income. I will move to Germany from Finland. We have prior rental experience and have always maintained good relationships with our landlords. We are quiet, and respectful and take excellent care of our living space. Ideally, we are looking for an apartment with accessible parking and easy access to the U35 line or Ruhr University for a convenient commute.
