Hello! fellow citizens/students/members, I am in need of a furnished room or apartment for the start of my master's studies at RUB in Winter semester 2025/26 i.e by 1st October 2025 (start of studies would be the desired move-in date). The accomodation should preferably be near, Bochum Hbf (Bochum main railway station) or could be in near vicinity of RUB. Preferably I will be ok with apartment or shared-room kind of arrangement with fitted kitchen and bathroom, private or shared with another fellow flatmate (any gender or so) doesn't matter. The apartment or shared-room shall have an access to washing area / laundermat which could be paid or attached with, either will suffice. Moreover I will hand the concerning person ready cash, the rent + suitable deposit amount in-person, the day I arrive in Germany, although I believe we would have reached consensus well before that in time. And something more about me- I am 24 years of age, engineer, non-smoker, single and have lived in shared as well as private apartment as I ventured while my studies. I have varied experience in and out and like to meet new people and learn and share new things.
