Zum 01.10.25 starte ich mein Medizinstudium an der RUB. Bis dahin hätte ich gerne eine Wohnung - gerne schon ab sofort! Ich bin zeitlich flexibel und durchgehend erreichbar. Ich wohne wenige km von Bochum entfernt und bin somit schnell vor Ort bei evtl. Besichtigungen. Angabe von „x“ bei Kalt- und Warmmiete da ich mich nicht festlegen möchte.
