An Application isn’t longer possible

RUB students, except doctoral students, who are unable to pay the semester contribution for re-registration especially the semester ticket, can apply for the contribution be paid.

Application and processing for winter semester 2025/26 is only possible by e-mail. Please sent the application with the necessary documents in PDF, NO PHOTOS to sozbeitrag@asta-bochum.de .

Applications that aren’t submitted complete will NOT be processed. The applications aren’t complete submitted until you receive a conformation email from me.

!!!NEW: For students who are still in the 5th semester, a transcript of records of the necessary documents is required. You can find the additional documents required for an application in the flyer.

Questions and advice can be carried out by phone or personally.

Applications for the assumption of semester contributions can be submitted by 21.07.2025 to 29.08.2025. Further information and which documents are necessary to be find to the

Extra office hours for the questions and advice for the assumption of semester contributions for winter semester 2025/26:

Tuesdays: 12 am to 02 pm

Friday: 12 am to 02 pm

There will be no office hours on Tuesday, August 12th, 2025.

The deadline for the semester contribution application is Friday, 29.08.2025! After, that no application will be accepted!!!
