Semester Contribution Adoption Winter Semester 2026/27
RUB students, except doctoral students, who are unable to pay the semester contribution for re-registration especially the semester ticket, can apply for the contribution be paid.
Unfortunately, due to the AStAs limited budget and the large number of applications, we can only help a limited number of students. There isn’t legal entitlement to adoption for the semester contribution!
Application and processing for winter semester 2026/27 is only possible by e-mail. Please sent the application with the necessary documents in PDF, NO PHOTOS to sozbeitrag@asta-bochum.de .
SENTING PHOTOS WON’T ACCEPT!!
Applications that aren’t submitted complete will NOT be processed. The applications aren’t complete submitted until you receive a conformation email from me.
!!!NEW: For students who are still in the 4th semester, a transcript of records of the necessary documents is required. You can find the additional documents required for an application in the flyer.

Extra office hours for the questions and advice for the assumption of semester contributions for winter semester 2026/27, beginning on 20th July 2026:
Tuesdays: 12 am to 02 pm
Friday: 12 am to 02 pm
There will be no office hours on Tuesday, July 21st and from 31st July until 07th August 2026.

The deadline for the semester contribution application is Friday, 28.08.2026! After, that no application will be accepted!!!
