Der AStA und das AKAFÖ vergeben an bedürftige Studierende einen Betrag auf den Studierendenausweis, um ihnen ein Essen in der Mensa zuteil werden zu lassen.

Um den Betrag auf den Studierendenausweis zu erhalten, ist eine vorherige Antragstellung bei der Sozialberatung erforderlich, für welche einige Unterlagen vorzulegen sind:

• Ausgefüllte Antragsformulare (Antrag und Datenschutzerklärung, siehe unten)
• Aktuelle Studienbescheinigung und eine Kopie des Studierendenausweises (vorne)
• Vollständige Kontoauszüge aller Konten der letzten drei Monate. Vom aktuellen Monat wird die Umsatz – Übersicht akzeptiert.

Bitte sende die ausgefüllten Antragsformulare mit den entsprechenden Unterlagen in PDF, KEINE FOTOS, an sozialberatung@asta-bochum.de.

Soweit der Antrag durch die Sozialberatung genehmigt wurde, erhält ihr eine E-Mail mit weiteren Informationen und es fällt für die Studierenden nur ein kleiner Obolus i.H.v. 5 Euro an, um den genehmigten Betrag zu erhalten. Der AStA und das AKAFÖ übernehmen bei den Mensafreitische die Hauptkosten und machen es möglich, den Betrag an Studierende mit einem ganz kleinen Geldbeutel auszugeben.

The AStA and the AKAFÖ award an amount on the student ID card to students in financial distress to give them a meal in the mensa.

In order to receive the amount on the student ID, it’s necessary to apply in advance to the social Advice, for which some documents must be submitted:

1. Completed application forms (application and data protection, see below)
2. Current certificate of enrollment and a copy of your Study ID card.
3. Complete bank statements of all accounts from the last three months, the payment list is accepted, too.

Please send the completed application forms with the necessary documents in PDF, NO PHOTOS, to sozialberatung@asta-bochum.de.

If the application has been approved by the social Advice, you will receive an e-mail with further information and students will only have to pay a small fee of 5 euros to receive the approved amount. The AStA and the AKAFÖ cover the main costs for the mensa free tables and make it possible to spend the amount on students with a very small purse.
