RUB students, except doctoral students, who are unable to pay the semester contribution for re-registration especially the semester ticket, can apply for the contribution be paid.

Application and processing for summer semester 2026 is only possible by e-mail. Please sent the application with the necessary documents in PDF, NO PHOTOS to sozbeitrag@asta-bochum.de .

SENTING PHOTOS WON’T ACCEPT!!

Applications that aren’t submitted complete will NOT be processed. The applications aren’t complete submitted until you receive a conformation email from me.

!!!NEW: For students who are still in the 4th semester, a transcript of records of the necessary documents is required. You can find the additional documents required for an application in the flyer.

Tuesdays: 12 am to 02 pm

Friday: 12 am to 02 pm

There will be no office hours on Friday, February 13th, 2026.
