You already have a clue that a walk in the forest could be resourceful, but you haven’t brought yourself to do it on your own? Time for a break. Together with others who feel the same we take our time to linger through the RUB-forest, stop here and there for input about stress and relaxation, sharpen our senses by practicing mindfulness. You should be prepared to stay still in between. Please bring a water-resistant seat pad. We walk come rain or shine except thunder/storm. registration via email to ranja.kaiser@rub.de.
