The living room opens onto a southwest-facing balcony. I am subletting this apartment for a limited period as I am going on a long trip. It is important to me that the temporary tenant feels just as comfortable in my apartment as I do and treats it well in my absence. Due to the design , the apartment is not really suitable as shared apartment - the advertisement is primarly aimed at single people or couples. The apartment will of course remain furnished, and all everyday essentials can be used. The apartment has a laundry room in the basement and a large basement room, part of which can be used for storage.
