From 15 October 2026 I am renting a furnished room of approx. 18 m² in my quiet apartment in Bochum-Stiepel, directly next to the forest. The room is on the ground floor and has direct access to the large terrace and garden, which can of course be shared and enjoyed. The sleeping arrangement is a high-quality sofa bed, which can also be used as a comfortable sofa during the day. The apartment is particularly suitable for a female Erasmus student or intern looking for a quiet, safe and friendly home away from home. I am looking for a calm, reliable and respectful person who appreciates a peaceful home environment and considerate living together. This is not a party flat. Non-smokers preferred; drug use in the apartment is not permitted. Location: Bochum-Stiepel, directly next to the forest, very quiet and green residential area, • bus stop approx. 5–7 minutes walking distance • approx. 15 minutes by bus to Ruhr University Bochum (RUB) • shopping facilities in Wiemelhausen within easy reach • forest, tennis club and other sports facilities nearby Additional benefit: A Hercules 3-speed bicycle can also be made available during the rental period, which makes it easy to get around Bochum and explore the surrounding area. Living together: As I live in the apartment myself, this is a private shared home rather than a typical student flat.
