Hello! My name is Zarak and I am an incoming Master's student at Ruhr University Bochum. I am looking for a 1-room apartment or a room in a shared apartment (WG) starting from September 1, 2026. Ideally, I would love to find a place in Querenburg or nearby neighborhoods close to the university. My maximum budget is 350 including utilities (Warmmiete).
