The house was extensively renovated three years ago and is fully equipped with fitted kitchen, kitchen utensils, bed linen, WIFi. Our house is located in Bochum Linden, a quite and safe suburb. Shops and doctors are all in walking distance. The tram station no. 318 (to Bochum main station) is 200 metres from the house.
